Introduction Sleep deprivation is the condition of not having enough sleep, sleep is one of the most important factors in your everyday life. Sleep plays a huge role in your mental and physical health, if you don’t get enough sleep it can be very dangerous. Now as a student at a university I decided to conduct a survey on how sleep deprivation can have a toll on academic success.
